  • Excellent written and oral communication – important.
  • Experience important: please provide us with a detailed description of the biggest customer problem resolution you are most proud of, what happened, what exactly your role was, what were the biggest challenges and what exactly you did to overcome them?
  • Ideas - very important, please give us ideas on how we can improve our customer support based on your experience as a client.
  • Experience in finance is not required!
